This panel deploys a range of qualitative methodologies to investigate how processes datafication meet with the subjective experiences ordinary people, and practices everyday life. We draw on model ‘everyday data cultures’ proposed by Burgess (2017) explore ways diverse – including production circulation visualisations, modes storage vernacular engagements literacy can be understood as aspects culture.
